Tor Henrik Krokstad
CEO
Tor Henrik has been working as a pilot for more than 35 years, 23 of them with Scandinavian Airlines. He became a trainer early in his career and took a great interest in human factors which became his specialty. His trainer experience consists of simulator and line-training as well as classroom training in most of the human factor areas such as initial and recurrent CRM, commander upgrade training, instructor training etc. In addition he has been doing training and delivered speeches on human factors in other industries such as healthcare, pharma and offshore. His client list extends to major offshore helicopter operators and most of the onshore helicopter companies in Norway and Sweden. He was also part of the steering committee for the first safety study done within onshore helicopter companies in Norway.
He is a consultant in development of CBTA (competency Based Training and Assessment) and train the trainer seminars for personnel involved with non-technical skill assessment.
Tomas Kolstad
COO
Tomas was initially trained as an Aircraft Technician in the Royal Norwegian Air Force, and worked several years as a Flight Engineer before completing Air Academy and Staff Officer Training.
He started his civilian career in 1997 working with operations/pilot training and maintenance training for Braathens SAFE, SAS and Norwegian Air Shuttle. From 2015 he had the position as Maintenance Manager in Bristow Norway AS until being employed as consultant in Intrinsic AS in 2021.
In addition to general aviation management, Tomas has since the introduction of JAR-145 worked with organization and structure of maintenance training and company authorizations. He has also comprehensive experience with implementation and the use of Safety Management Systems (SMS).
William Ray Reagan
Chief Consultant
A highly experienced professional in the aviation industry, Ray has over 38 years of service as a Flight Captain and Instructor with SAS (Scandinavian Airlines). In addition to his role as a pilot, Ray also served as the Project owner and Process Manager for "On time performance" from 2006 to 2011. Furthermore, he held the position of Director of flight crew from 2006 to 2009. Currently, Ray is the Faglig leder (Professional leader) at Airborne as, where he continues to share his expertise and knowledge with the next generation of aviation professionals. Ray's dedication to the industry and his wealth of experience make him a valuable asset to any team.
Fredrik Krokstad

With over 15 years of experience in full-stack web development, Fredrik brings a wealth of knowledge and a commitment to continuous improvement to every project he undertakes. Graduating from Nord-Trøndelag University College in 2010 with a bachelor's degree in software design, Fredrik embarked on a career journey within the aviation industry, where he has been fortunate to contribute to various projects.
Throughout his career, Fredrik has strived to adhere to best practices, maintain clean code, and ensure logical structure in his work. While he acknowledges that there is always more to learn, Fredrik is committed to applying his expertise and experience to deliver effective solutions that meet the needs of his clients and collaborators.
Driven by a genuine passion for innovation and a desire to continuously refine his craft, Fredrik remains dedicated to staying current with the latest technologies and methodologies. He approaches each project with humility, recognizing that collaboration and learning from others are key to success in an ever-evolving industry.
Merete Sende
HR-MANAGER
Merete is our latest employee with an extensive experience from the banking industry. Recently she has been working with an onshore helicopter company managing the clients and organizing many of the operations of the company.
She will be responsible for managing the office and as a customer service for our clients.
